The PC&E is owned and operated by the Swamp Creek and Western Railroad Association and modeled in HO/HOn3.

Photos 2 - 8 - These are some of the fine structures all about the layout.
Photos 9 -11 - These are all parts of the large overhead electricfied section of the RR. All electrics actually pick up power from the overhead.
This was a vey nice club layout in the process of improving what they already have.
